Return Policy

Unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging when they were included.

To start a return, email hello@velaroworld.net with your receipt number, the item name, and a short reason. We will send return instructions.

The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on product pages follows this policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.

Personal-care, made-to-order, or clearly used items are not returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return.
