Shipping Policy

We ship to the addresses collected at Stripe checkout. Delivery estimates shown on a product page are typical ranges, not guaranteed arrival dates.

After an order is placed, it is usually prepared within 3 days. Transit then commonly takes 7–10 days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

A receipt number is emailed after payment. Use Track Order on the store page to look up shipping status.

Duties, taxes, or carrier delays outside our control are the customer’s responsibility unless the product page says otherwise. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days of that delivery scan.
